ON QUANTERALL ACADEMY PLATFORM AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
GENERAL INFORMATION
Quanterall Commercial Company OOD (hereinafter referred to as the text of the current rules for the short term “Quanterall”, “we” or “us”) as a responsible Internet company based on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria takes seriously its responsibility for preserving the privacy of its users and protecting their personal data, to which Quanterall has or authorises third parties have access in connection with the activities and manner of operation of the platform constructed by Quanterall.
Personal data is any specific information pertaining to you through which your identity can be established. Pursuant to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) or ‘Regulation’ – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Single Data Protection Regulation) ‘personal data’ means any information relating to an identified natural person or natural person who may be identified (‘the data subject’); a natural person who can be identified is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by an identifier such as name, identification number, location data, online identifier and/or one or more characteristics specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural and/or social identity of that individual. Personal data are also contained in your information about your real name, address, telephone number, payment details, your passwords for access to our website, etc. They are not personal data and are not considered to be data that cannot be directly or in combination with other data relating to your real identity.
The current privacy policy and use of the QUANTERALL ACADEMY internet platform aims to provide detailed information on this:
- What personal data are collected and processed in QUANTERALL ACADEMY, including access to www.academy.quanterall.com;
- How we use our users’ personal data;
- How, why and how long we store your personal data;
- To whom we disclose your personal data;
- Your rights as a subject of personal data and the procedure for their exercise;
Quanterall collects and processes the necessary personal data in accordance with the current legislation in the field of personal data in the Republic of Bulgaria and the supranational law of the European Union. Quanterall processes personal data if a legal basis for this and/or when the use of certain personal data is necessary for the purpose of operating the platform and using its functionality.
Any user using the Quanterall platform shall declare and acknowledge that he has reached the age of 18, that he is capable of acting under the applicable law and may, and have the right to enter into valid legal transactions, be a rightholder and make an obligation personally on his own behalf or is a legal representative or authorised person of a company he represents.
The use of the QUANTERALL ACADEMY platform services is possible both through free access and through registration. Registration is carried out personally by natural persons or by the legal representatives/employees, and registration on behalf of third parties is not allowed, except in the cases provided for by law. Each registration person undertakes to provide correct, complete and up-to-date data and to maintain them for the purposes of the work of the platform. In the case of inaccurate data, Quanterall has the right to stop offering the services to the relevant user on the platform until they are removed.
Each registered user is responsible for all actions and/or omissions committed through their generated account – username and password. In case of unauthorised interference with your account and/or other unauthorised access to your account, you undertake to immediately notify Quanterall of any appropriate action.
By making the registration or making an electronic request without registration, you declare that you agree and agree to be the addressee of electronic statements within the meaning of Art. 5 of the Law on Electronic Document and Electronic Certification Services.
The QUANTERALL ACADEMY platform enables users to store information about their work, as well as to store information about their professional qualification and/or acquired degree documents and/or other relevant files according to the relevant user, etc. Each user is personally responsible for both the legality of the personal data and their authenticity, by visualising the data sent to Quanterall and for the relevant persons authorised by Quanterall.
The users of the Quanterall platform are responsible for storage and are obliged to protect personal data, documents and/or information provided to them voluntarily by third parties, also users of the platform. Quanterall is not responsible for the use of the information provided, but only ensures the security of the personal data stored in the platform by unauthorised interference by third parties.
The current privacy and usage policy of the Quanterall Internet Platform applies only to the personal data of each of the platform users, implemented through a web address: www.academy.quanterall.com. The policy shall not apply and is not applicable to third parties, including when the user uses other sites and/or services that Quanterall does not have and/or are not under the control of Quanterall.

COLLECTING AND PROCESSING PERSONAL DAТА.
Personal data are those data by which each individual can be identified. Every time you contact us or access the Quanterall platform via our website (www.academy.quanterall.com) you provide us with your personal data. In order to be able to use QUANTERALL ACADEMY services, Quanterall must collect, process and store your personal data. Quanterall tries to implement all new and good practices in the field of personal data protection, working towards organising the processes of work so as to minimise the data he needs. Your personal data shall be processed and stored in a way that ensures their maximum security and protection.
Please note that when accessing QUANTERALL ACADEMY we collect the following personal data:
- Temporarily, for security purposes, the connectivity data on the computer that connects to our Internet platform, each of the web pages you visit on our website (through our web platform), the relevant date, time and duration of the session on our platform, your platform identification data, your browser and operating system’s browser and operating system, as well as the web site through which you have connected to our platform, including IP addresses, MAC addresses and device name.
- Please note that it is possible that when connecting with us through our phone line for customer service the calls can be recorded and stored temporarily for the purposes of security and improving the quality of our service. Whenever a conversation recording is performed, an automated operator reports the recordings performed and the objectives of the same one. In case there is no automated message to record a call, this means that the relevant conversation is not recorded and the same is not stored;
- When we have received an electronic message from you through one of the methods for electronic exchange of information, we will use the personal data you provide to us in order to contact you, to provide feedback and/or to provide you with the necessary assistance;
In most cases, Quanterall processes your personal data in order to establish the relevant contractual relationship between the relevant persons using QUANTERALL ACADEMY and/or between the personal data subject and Quanterall.
It is also possible to process the personal data provided to us in order to comply with the obligations provided for in law and/or other legal act (e.g. for the purposes of tax legislation and/or for the purposes of the civil and/or commercial processes). Some of your personal data may be provided to the competent authorities of the Republic of Bulgaria and/or to a third country in order to comply with the laws of the respective countries.
With regard to all registered users, QUANTERALL ACADEMY collects, processes and stores a history of applications and user performances that can serve statistical and marketing analysis, systems testing, maintenance and development, and to respond to claims, disputes or claims.
The use by individuals of certain features of the QUANTERALL ACADEMY platform may require registration and/or password for authorised access. Upon registration, the user provides us with the minimum required by law personal data and correspondence data: names, personal number (EGN), address, telephone number, e-mail address. These data are used for the purposes of QUANTERALL ACADEMY and for the complete receipt of your requested service.
The provision of personal data by QUANTERALL ACADEMY users is voluntary, and for the use of some of the functionalities of the same user, such as the conclusion of a training contract at your chosen course. In the case of incompletely supplied/completed personal data, it is possible that the User may not be able to use the functionality of the platform in full or access certain panels.
Personal data provided by the users of QUANTERALL ACADEMY may be provided at the request of state and/or administrative structures and/or establishments (e.g., but not limited to the HRD, NRA, etc.) in connection with alerts, complaints, enquiries and/or other procedures initiated before and/or by them, as well as to be provided to third parties (including third countries) for the purposes of administrative and tax offences and fraudulent control, and detection of safety.

PERSONAL DATA AND THIRD PARTIES
Quanterall processes and stores only data provided voluntarily and the subject of responsibility is responsible for their timeliness and for their legitimate use in the use of the Quanterall platform. Each user is responsible and undertakes not to provide Quanterall with data to third parties in violation of their rights for personal data protection, as Quanterall has no obligation and controls the process of providing data to third parties and whether they have provided their personal data with their knowledge and/or consent, subject to the legal form and the relevant legal requirements for the protection of personal data.
QUANTERALL ACADEMY users shall bear unrestricted and personal responsibility for the personal data provided and stored in the Quanterall platform of a third party without their knowledge and/or without being duly agreed by it, in accordance with the rules of applicable personal data protection legislation, regardless of the type of data and/or reasons for which they are provided. Each user undertakes to immediately download from Quanterall’s platform personal data and/or information and/or document containing personal data available through QUANTERALL ACADEMY, which they knew or assumed was removed from the legal basis for the collection and processing of relevant personal data and/or that they were not properly collected without the knowledge and/or consent of the personal data subject.
SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA
Any user using QUANTERALL ACADEMY declares and ensures that he is over 18 years of age, is capable of complying with applicable law and may and has the right to enter into valid legal transactions, be a rightholder and make an obligation personally on his own behalf or is a legal representative or authorised person of a company he represents. Minors (aged between 14 and 18) cannot be users of the platform without having received prior consent from their parent or other legal representative. Any adult who has limited legal capacity shall not be entitled to use the platform unless a guardian or custodian is given prior consent. With registration on the platform, it is assumed that the legal representative (parent, guardian or custodian) has consented to register the incapable or limited person in the platform.
Any user who suspects that personal data of minors is used on the Platform shall immediately contact the personal data controller of Quanterall in order to take appropriate measures for the protection of sensitive personal data and the cessation of violations.
Upon receiving an alert and/or finding an infringement in relation to the current rules, namely that personal data of persons under the age of 18 have been used in the platform, Quanterall has the right to immediately terminate the access of the user concerned, to delete immediately or to store the information about the unlawful use of personal data of a minor, if a legal order obliges us to do so, and to immediately inform the competent authorities of the data committed by the relevant user and to provide the competent authorities with the relevant competent authority.
Any user who suspects that personal data of minors is used on the Platform shall immediately contact the personal data controller of Quanterall in order to take appropriate measures for the protection of sensitive personal data and the cessation of violations.
DATA SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
Quanterall does not carry out sales, unauthorised sharing and/or distribution of personal data to its users to third parties, except in cases where a normative act or rule of supranational law requires it to do so, and if it is not necessary for the purposes of a contract between users and Quanterall.
For the purpose of storing personal data and their protection, Quanterall may and has the right to engage third parties – specialists in the relevant field and protection of personal data to ensure optimum security of the privacy, protection and undetected modification of QUANTERALL ACADEMY systems and databases, for example, but not limited to: controlled access to the premises in which Quanterall database servers are located, use of secure servers and connectivity, where possible data encryption and other appropriate measures.
RETENTION AND ERASURE OF DATA
QUANTERALL ACADEMY stores your personal data while maintaining a profile on our Platform and/or as long as you are in contractual relations with Quanterall. Each User has the right to request either to delete their user account (account) or to request a request to delete the personal data provided by the user.
By deleting a user account, an automated system deletes all personal data provided when using the user deleted account. On a legal basis and/or for statistical processing purposes, Quanterall may retain and store certain personal data, even after closing/deleting the user profile (account) or after requesting the deletion of personal data found in Quanterall.
When determining the period for storage of personal data, Quanterall also takes into account all foreseeable deadlines, which are necessary in connection with the verification of a complaint and/or a consumer against a user and/or an alert, as well as other requirements of regulations which oblige even after the closure of a user account certain personal data to be retained for the purposes and/or the needs of third parties (e.g. storage of data in connection with accounting and/or tax and/or tax and/or insurance records according to the norms of the current Bulgarian legislation). Personal data provided in connection with a service used by Quanterall shall be kept minimum for the period for which you can claim Quanterall.
By making the registration, the user agrees to use his personal data for the purposes of statistical processing the explicit notification to Quanterall that the user withdraws his consent to his or her personal data to be processed for statistical purposes.
Where there is a loss on the basis on which Quanterall stores the personal data of the processing subject, the personal data of the processing subject shall be automatically destroyed and in such a way that they cannot be fully recovered and/or reproduced in any other way after their destruction.
SECURITY MEASURES
In order to ensure the security and integrity of personal data processed and stored by Quanterall, Quanterall has undertaken the necessary organisational and technical event to implement various methods and systems to prevent unauthorised access, loss and/or other forms of unauthorised processing of personal data of users, protection subjects. The personal data of users, if stored, are only accessible to employees and/or qualified and authorised by Quanterall subcontractors (their employees respectively) who need appropriate access to them in order to fulfil their duties arising from the relationship between Quanterall and ensuring the security and integrity of the processing subject’s personal data.
RIGHTS FOR THE PROTECTION ENTITY
Any natural person who is a user of QUANTERALL ACADEMY can and is entitled:
- Request information on whether and on what basis QUANTERALL ACADEMY holds personal data of the entity, what is the content of the personal data processed and stored by Quanterall, as well as whether there is data, who has provided the same and for what purpose to Quanterall;
- ‘data access request’. Through it you can get up-to-date information about the personal data stored with us, as well as for what purpose it is stored by Quanterall;
- A user who is processing personal data may request Quanterall to correct the personal data held by Quanterall due to change, incompleteness and/or inaccuracy of information. In such cases, the user shall request that the processing of his or her personal data be limited or suspended until the data is corrected or corrected;
- The user who is processing personal data may ask Quanterall to delete the personal data stored about him – “The right to be forgotten”. Quanterall shall notify the personal data subject that his or her personal data has been deleted or refuses to delete/remove the data in cases where there is a reasonable reason for Quanterall to continue processing or storing the relevant personal data.
- The processing subject shall have the right to object to their processing, citing his or her legitimate interest;
- The processing subject is entitled to ‘data transferability’, i.e. to request the transfer of his or her personal data in electronic and/or other structured form to him or to a third party, including one that is not a user of QUANTERALL ACADEMY;
- Withdraw the consent given to collect, process, store and/or transfer the entity’s personal data. Upon receiving a notification and/or request by the user to withdraw the given consent, Quanterall shall take immediate action to stop processing and/or delete the personal data provided by the user for the purposes for which it was initially provided to us by the user. Quanterall may continue to process and store the relevant personal data if there is a legislative requirement and/or another legitimate reason to be disclosed to the person concerned.
The exercise of these rights is free and the User should send a written request to the Quanterall’s Personal Data Protection Officer, which contains the exact data subject to processing, and which of the rights given you wish to exercise.
Requests made shall be exempt from fees and expenses, except where they are unfounded and/or excessive (in the case of repeated requests, despite a decreed refusal). In such cases, Quanterall may refuse to process and take the action requested and/or charge a fee to cover administrative costs in relation to the communication conducted with the consumer, providing the information and/or taking certain action in relation to a request made by the consumer.
The period within which Quanterall is to rule on the rights exercised by the consumer and the request addressed to Quanterall is within 30 days of receipt of the latter. If necessary, Quanterall may extend this period by up to two months depending on the complexity of the request made and/or the number of requests to be processed for the user concerned.
OTHER PROVISIONS
Quanteral has the right and may change the privacy policy and use of QUANTERALL ACADEMY prepared and published on the web address www.academy.quanterall.com in connection with the protection of personal data of its Users periodically, as for the changes made by the users of our internet. platform will be notified via an automatically generated message in our Platform.
INFRINGEMENT OF RIGHTS
Any user, subject of processing of personal data, whenever he considers that his or her rights in relation to the protection of his or her personal data are violated, you can lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority of the Republic of Bulgaria – the Commission for Personal Data Protection.

Note that according to the RBA you may submit your complaint to the competent supervisory authority located in the country where you reside, where you work (situated your workplace) as well as in a country where you believe that Quanterall has violated your rights to protect your personal data.

By making the registration or making an electronic request without registration, you declare that you agree and agree to this Privacy Policy, Use and Protection of Personal Data. If you do not wish to be bound by a privacy policy, use and protection of personal data, stop using QUANTERALL ACADEMY and/or terminate your registration with QUANTERALL ACADEMY.
